Outstanding Student of the Year Awards Banquet

I have to say, I am going to miss these banquets. What follows is a celebration of Derek. We have had lots of award dinner and banquets to go to lately because my husband is amazing! :) The first is for all of the awardees of the Outstanding Student of the Year Award. That is the one student chosen from each college (College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business, College of Technology, College of Health Professions etc.). Steve, Daralyn, Travis, and Kara all came which was wonderful. Derek had an excellent speech which I wish I would have recorded. He is so eloquent and I keep learning from him. Grandma Moss was going to come too but she was sick. However, Derek mentioned her in his speech :)
