I love this picture. Mia and Cole really look like they are having fun! The kids loved running around the fountains. But we were only there about 30 minutes when the water was turned off because it had to be dried. The stage was going to be used for a music concert that night. Needless to say, the kids were bummed.
Olivia was just cold the whole time :)
But luckily, Benson and Heidi have an awesome pool in their backyard :)
We went to the zoo one day. The Austin Zoo is pretty small but it's only $5 and 25 minutes away so it was a great few hour activity. Here is Livi in a duck. This is the only picture I could get of her smiling. Most of them were her and Cole looking at the animals and Mia would smile.

We got to see lions and tigers and bears, but no zebras or penguins or giraffes :)

We have got to talk to Heidi and Benson on the phone twice. They are having a great time and will be home Sunday!!

Looks like you are having fun and you're keeping the kids happy. I hope in all it wasn't too bad. Yea I was glad derek text me because the address they have on the internet is apparently the wrong one so my GPS took me somewhere else. Then the guy that called me told me a different time than he told the person interviewing me. By the time a got there I was a little frazzled from the confusion and getting lost but apparently it went well.
Shelby, I'll be calling you when I'm a mom! You seemed to do a terrific job keeping those kids entertained :) Oh and thanks for all your help and nice comments on our blog.. this is just so fun!
Hey Shelby...I saw your comment after we got back from our trip. My parents moved to Rigby...it's one exciting town. They are only about hour away from you, though. The next time we're over, we'll have to get together for dinner or something.
Look at you...watching 3 kids. Crazy! Great job keeping them happy. That is not an easy task. I am sure that Benson was so grateful to have you there!
