Derek and I finally had a real test of our bikes today at the City Creek trail. It was beautiful....but pretty intense and scary to me. I liked it once I was back in the car and safe :) Derek was a great teacher and helped me learn that when I go down hills to stand a little and have my feet on the pedals so they are flat. I know I'll get better as we keep riding!

i am excited to see the pictures! i miss you. i dont think that we are going to be able to see you guys for the holidays, we will be staying here for thanksgiving and christmas. i am excited to have a white christmas though! i will call you soon so we can catch up. loves
It seems like a pretty intense ride. I have heard so much about mountain bikes and I have thought about getting some. I will think some more.
