New hairdresser!!
I have an announcement - after some coaxing I cut Derek's hair this weekend! Derek was a great sport - asking me very politely to cut his hair and being very patient. This was my first haircut and I have to admit it wasn't half bad. It was funny though that the haircuttee was the one encouraging the haircutter :) It's a little shorter but was great practice and a great price! Picture to come!

Wow, Shelby you are so grown up ( I remember when our families were in Battlecreek ward and I used to babysit you!) I have to tell you I had the same experience in cutting my husbands hair but I think yours went a little better than mine. Brandon after I cut his hair asked me to even out his hair line, so I took off the the #2 blade and started to attempt and even line. Well needless to say it was a lot higher than he expected because when it comes to things like that, I try to be a perfectionist and my line just wasn't straight. That ended with me crying my eyes out beacuse I screwed it up and he was very understanding. Needless to say everytime he needs a hair cut I am the one to do it, after about 4 years you become an expert on it!! Anyways I just thought I would share that with you and I hope all is well!!
