Working on it!

Hello everyone!!

Alright so I have been totally behind in updating our blog but we've have a few things to do! Our wedding and honeymoon were AMAZING! And we were really happy once we moved into our little apartment where we could finally be together. Wedding pictures are (hopefully) on the way and I'll post them soon - as well as pictures of our cute place.

We are settled now in our new lifestyle (or getting there). We had lots of paperwork for school, new drivers license (I had to take the paper test!) and social security card, scholarships, books, rent, unpacking etc. Our apartment is right next to campus. It shares parking lots with the institute building and the library. We love our new ward (everyone is motivated as young couples going to college), and we've made new couple friends. Derek and I are both working at the library which is perfect because of the hours and location.

We are also taking an institute class on Wednesday nights for couples called "Eternal Marriage". We really appreciate the time that gives us to focus on our relationship and have 'us time'.

Saturday night is our date night and we enjoy going to the temple and going to events at school such as Chinese New Year and African Night.

We love married life! :)
